What data we collect

If you fill in the request form, we keep your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, your wishes and the chosen time for the measurement visit. If you choose a part of the day, it is entered as an appointment in our diary.
As a business customer with an account in the customer portal, we additionally keep your company details, requests, messages, quotes and invoices.

Why

To contact you, schedule the measurement visit, prepare a quote and carry out the job. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

How long we keep data

Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for [retention period, e.g. 1 year]. Data about orders is kept as long as needed for the warranty and the statutory retention period for records (7 years).

Who we share data with

Only with parties needed for your order, such as the manufacturer (such as Drutex) for made-to-measure production, and our hosting and e-mail provider. Not with anyone else.
